Family Injera and Restaurant
Visited today , part of our research to cook Doro wat . The owner was very helpful and explained to me (i am not from Ethiopia ) what spices they use to make Berbere seasoning and Niter Kibbeh (made in store ) . She also gave me extra Injera bread (made freshly in store ) free to taste (i tasted it first time in life ) a great and friendly store :)

Walked in there expecting to see an average bakery..instead we saw many tables with a bunch of injera just sitting out and alot of confused faces staring at us as if we had just walked into someone's living room...awkwardddd

Street Injera makes the best Ethiopian/Eritrean food I've ever had outside of Ethiopia/Eritrea. I've had Ethiopian/Eritrean food in many different restaurants and countries on three continents, and no one compares.
