Manufacturers Carpet and Flooring

I have to say I am extremely unimpressed by their response rate which is non existent and unprofessionalism which is front and center. I went there on Feb. 28 to get some quotes on different style of flooring. I spoke with Davinder and he said he would get quotes out to me, after a couple of days I emailed back with a friendly follow which sparked a reply stating I will get an email back as soon as possible. It has now been a week and I still haven't received ANY emails regarding pricing or even a time frame on when I can expect one, in that time I have gone to two other places Total Flooring" & "Bill Knight" and I got emails back with quotes in less than 6 hours of sending my inquiry in.I understand sometimes business gets busy and people can be forgetful but after my multiple emails and only receiving one back there must be another reason as to why this company does not want to receive my business."

I would highly recommend Sam's Manufacturers Carpet and Flooring to anyone! I got my kitchen floor, back door landing and basement stairs done by them in September. Davinder was a great help in choosing what would go in my space and kept me within my budget. He was always in communication with me.The installers were great as well. Efficient, respectful and did a great job!Would definitely use them again :)

Purchased elegant floors with affordable price! Danny Ragasa is a big help, giving us what is best for our floor design. He is very knowledgeable with the product and ensure that the customer is more than satisfied. Highly recommended ! Best customer service.

I had my basement flooring done and it's lovely (the quality of product I chose is excellent), except for the last top stair nosing which hasn't been finished, even after several phone calls and emails. I am disappointed in that. I think this is a typical contractor scenario and once the work is done and paid for, the after care is non existent.Don't pay till it's done and you are 100% satisfied. I guess I will have someone else finish it now.

I have been working with David, Danny, and Sam, for the last 10 years. I do kitchen renovations and send all my customers to see Danny and Sam to help with the flooring renovations.All my customers are pleased to let me know that they have had a great experience with them and have gone ahead and place their orders through them as well.Final result is always a happy customer which makes the entire process for each customer streamlined and stress free.If you need any type of flooring, we highly suggest using them. Thanks David and Sam! Was able to quickly order in the carpet I wanted as I went through quite a few stores and unable to find a carpet I liked in-stock. Very pleased with the carpet that was ordered in. Carpet was installed a few days after it arrived. Very pleased! Highly recommended! Thanks again! I will never go to this store again. The manager is a perfect, stereotypical, used car salesmen. All smiles, but outright lied to me about specific questions.One obvious one about the length of the boards which unfortunately someone else was installing for us so we didn't see until it was too late. He pulled out the longest 2 and said they were all that size, however there was only 1 of each of those lengths in the box (half of the boards were actually 1 foot and under). When we brought it up, he literally just laughed at us.We specifically asked durability. Which of course he said was very durable and would hold up very well. One year later it is cracking and full of scratches and dents. We are very careful with our floor, everything on it is felted, no pets, no kids, we don't wear shoes in the house. When we brought this issue up, he said it was amaintenance" issue. I never got a straight answer as to what he meant my "maintenance" even though I tried for 10 min. He does an excellent job of talking without saying anything. He even got mad at me for repeating my question when I wasn't getting an answer. Maintenance doesn't make a wood harder or softer

Good products and quality at a better price point than well-known big-box stores. David helped us to have the product we purchased delivered on the same day.
