Popped in for Father's Day treats and walked in to find half of Red Deer- good sign. I went in for a beef steak. I left with chicken burgers, elk and yak (!!) steaks, cheese, risotto, and soap! Well worth the money I didn't intend to spend. On top of that, the guy working -clearly run off his feet- chatted with me about all the things they had besides beef. The yak was incredible on the BBQ, will absolutely be back. More than meets the eye, here!

Where we normally get smoked turkey, no longer making it. Thought we would Big Bend a try. Don't like to give negative comments but we were VERY disappointed. Virtually tasted like regular turkey at expensive price.

Decent variety of products. I bought synthetic casings here and the price was as expected but also bought some pepperoni that was starting to go bad. I didn't notice a best before date. Hopefully they check this more often in the future.

The guy I spoke with was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, loves promoting all things local, and after trying their Bison sausages I can't recommend them enough. Sausages were delicious, and well worth it.Great experience all around!

This is the best place to get good quality meats in Red Deer. The service is always phenomenal. Yesterday Friday before a long weekend, they took the time to handle saw pork chops for us, even though they were quite busy. 10/10

We are a small local producer of beef and pork. This group has processed both for us. The quality in the processing, curing, wrapping, and anything else they did, including us asking questions, and them dealing with all the questions from our clients, is top notch.We have dealt with almost every butcher/abbitoir between Olds and Ponoka. These guys are simply the best.Great pricing too.And, I know I received my own animal back. This cannot be said for other places.I have beef booked in in the new year, and more hogs are coming too!Thank you to this team!

First time going in to this store and it was an awesome experience! Cheyenne greeted me upon entering the store, VERY knowledgeable on everything in there! Not to mention you could tell she truly enjoys her job, which always makes shopping much more enjoyable when you can laugh with a stranger!
