I honestly can't stop dreaming about their chicken biryani since I had it. If I wasn't on a diet, I'd probably eat here everyday. For the price and the quality, it is 100% worth it. It wasn't too busy when I came in to place an order for take out, took just under 15 minutes. Owner is very nice as well and included a free dessert. Will be coming back to try the rest of the menu!

Spices Indian & Nepalese Restaurant Seton
This being one of the only handful Indian/Desi restaurants in SE Calgary, we decided to give it go with the staples. We ordered a takeaway of Veggie Momos and Dal Makhani, only an hour ago. It certainly did not disappoint. Me being from New Delhi, I can safely say that the momos and more importantly, the chutneys were on point. The Dal was excellent too. Unfortunately, many folks add colour to their Dal but Spices made theirs in an authentic way. Will certainly be ordering more in the future.

Recently ordered samosas from your restaurant. I must express my disappointment with the quality of the samosas I received. samosas I was served appeared to be undercooked or insufficiently prepared. The dough was raw and lacked the desired crispy and golden texture that is characteristic of well-prepared samosas. The uncooked dough had a doughy and unpleasant taste, which significantly impacted the overall enjoyment of the dish.

Today I ordered chicken fried rice and told them to make it spicy. The chicken fried is sooo good. Amazing service and the atmosphere is great. Keep gonna come here to try different dishes.
