Foundry Lofts

I had a great experience living at lofts this year! I am resigning because I love how close it is to campus and the apartments are very spacious.

I’ve had a great experience living at Foundry Lofts starting 2021 and cannot wait for the upcoming academic year. Great living accomodations at reasonable prices.

This will be my daughters second year staying at the lofts. I can’t express how incredible the team is especially Alicia. Everytime I’ve had to call or visit everyone has been so cheery and helpful and it’s helped make the transition so much easier. They are always putting on amazing events and giveaways for the tenants and whenever there is an issue it’s dealt with in a timely manner. The communication is great. If you are a parent of a student or student considering the lofts as residence, you won’t be disappointed. Wish I would have had something similar when I did post secondary.

I’ve been living at Foundry Lofts for a little over a year now and my experience has been satisfactory. I enjoy the proximity to Brock University and the various amenities including a gym and study areas. The staff are quite helpful and service requests are normally addressed promptly. I will say that your experience is heavily influenced by your roommates. If possible, I would advise others to choose their own roommates and to do so wisely. It can be noisy depending on your building which isn’t always ideal for students with a heavy course load. It’s also rather costly. Overall, I would recommend Foundry Lofts to those who want to live close to campus.

I’ve lived at the lofts in St. Cathrines for 2, coming on 3 years and it is the best place for students to live! They have so many amenities to offer and lots of events that give away free items and food! The staff is all so super kind and helpful with issues and do their best to make your life better! It’s a very close walk to school. I recommend lofts to everyone I know because I feel safe, helped and know that if there’s an issue, they will fix it. I met my best friend at lofts and they are super good with any roommate issues that might arise! 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Foundry lofts is a really great option for students looking to find off campus housing near Brock University! At the end of my degree, I will have lived at lofts for 3/4 years of my university experience. All of the amenities are well kept and clean, the staff are friendly, the events are awesome, and it is a great environment. It is a short walk to campus and very convenient location. I have met my best friend living here and am excited for one more year at Foundry Lofts! There is also a really great cafe located in one of the buildings, which is a great study spot. If you are looking for connivence, fun, and friendly - this is the place for you!

Foundry Lofts is attempting to furnish all current unfurnished apartments, however, many students already have furniture that they have purchased with their own money in their apartments. Where does foundry lofts expect these students to put their current furniture? Especially for these international student… Not only that, they are also charging $50 more a month after these unfurnished apartments that students are CURRENTLY living in, are furnished against the will of the students living here. In section 16 of the lease it states that an agreement must be made between both Foundry Lofts and the tenant before they are allowed to move forward with anything. However, Foundry Lofts is now simply thanking students for their business and are encouraging them to move out if they do not agree with this furnishing idea. Do not come here.

Been living at the Foundry Lofts for 4 years now and I can say with certainty that I've enjoyed my time here! The amenities are great, the location is ideal, and the rooms are nice for the price I pay. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a solid place to live

Love love foundry. Have been living here since past 3 years. Very friendly and welcoming environment. They have everything you need to experience for a good student life!

Lovely staff and fun little organized initiatives (Valentine's Day treats, Hot Chocolate Day treats, etc.); great proximity to campus and a well-kept establishment :)
