Tried to use this firm in a house transaction, and was astonished at the arrogance they displayed.They had no ability nor the desire to work with us through the problems that inevitably arise, and it seemed like they were annoyed at having to deal with these issues. It seemed like it was an inconvenience for them to have to deal with us.They very much lived up to all the lawyer jokes I have ever heard.

I searched for a law office in Orangeville for notary service.I found many, all with a different fee for this service, ranging from $90 + $8 per page, up to $125 for 1 notarized page.Here I was quoted $40 flat fee. I had 5 papers to be signed & sealed. I also needed these papers faxed to Detroit, Michigan.They did this for me as a courtesy, my bill was just as quoted. $40 + tax.If I ever require any legal services, I will absolutely be calling this office. I will also recommend them if anyone is ever searching for legal services.

Did there job in a professional, timely manor

Incredibly honest people who are not driven by money. A very rare quality in this profession.

We used Mr Fitzpatrick for the closing of our home and it has been nothing but a headache start to finish.My wife was at home while I had been away on vacation for 2 weeks arriving home with a week before closing. I had informed Mr Fitzpatrick 2-3 weeks prior to have E sign documents available incase of possible covid exposure and isolation upon my return to which I was assured it would be.I had made this point several times before finally arriving home and the reaction I received was almost shell shock as if I had never informed them at all. the day before closing a zoom meeting had been made in such an event. I was then sent the documents and told to print them to sign and deliver within the hour..while I was at home in isolation. Because I could not oblige I was then told to scan said documents and send to him within the hour..I do not own a scanner. This is why I had requested E sign documents. As a result, I had to take pictures of all the documents as best as possible and send via email.The next day after this process had concluded and the closing was supposed to take place my wife and I had heard nothing from Mr Fitzpatrick the entire day up until 6pm where I had to contact our real estate agent to confirm the house did actually close (at 3:30pm) and that we should have been informed at that time.The avoidable stress and seemingly blatant incompetence was a horrible experience as a first time home buyer. I would not use or recommend Mr Fitzpatrick's services as a result.

Ask up front how much they will charge for even just a consult. We discussed a retainer. But I ended up not needing a lawyer so my file was closed. Months later and after no discussion they sent me a bill that, due to extenuating circumstances as I single mom, I can't afford.

Used for two seperate house closings - pleased both times with level of service.

do not recommend this lawyer or his assistant Barb. First of all I gave him a cheque so he auto deposit and instead I got a draft. request was totally ignored.I have emailed and called for my final statement many times and no one has even called me back. Terrible service by Barb.We closed three weeks ago and we are stillwaiting.

I hired them when selling my house. The lawyer and staff were nice, answered all my questions, their prices were fair, I had no problems, I would use them again.

I have used this firm for every real estate transaction I have done (4 times in the past 8 years are so). They are amazing to deal with. No worries I know it will get done. I don't live in Orangeville anymore but I still use them regardless!A big thank you once again. Thanks for the great work as always.
