Regina Endodontics (Dr. Alysen Phee)

Dr Phee is awesome! She’s very personable and an expert in her field. No one looks forward to a root canal but if you have to have one, go to the expert!All the staff are super friendly and professional and all clearly work together as a great team. Highly recommended

What a positive experience! Dr. Alysen Phee was very professional, kind, and personable. She was awesome. I had a very difficult tooth to deal with and with her expertise, my tooth was saved. She even walked me back to the receptionist and extended a warm handshake when I was leaving. I liked her team as well - they were very polite, and explained things well giving helpful suggestions to deal with procedures.

I highly recommend this place.The building is new and modern and clean.The staff here is wonderful! The receptionist was polite, cheerful & prompt. My specialist, Tyler Phaneuf and the hygienist took the time to sit and talk to me about the issues I had been having, discussed the best treatment plan and make me feel very comfortable

I had my first root canal today and it was absolutely pain free. I was always under the impression that a root canal was a very painful procedure, but I experienced no pain. Dr Phee and her Assistant were terrific.

I found the staff's' behavior very unfriendly I felt very unwelcome and I was waiting for this appointment for 6 months.During my assessment staff did not address my concerns about x-ray and effects. Never had problems with this at the other clinics, but staff at Regina Endodontics was brusk and dismissive and continued with x-ray against my express wishes. Scheduling the surgery was also problematic. I was surprised that waiting list for surgery is very long. Nobody even care to notify patients that doctor is going to take time off. I was not able to take the firs surgery date offered during the summer months, so, instead of trying to find other options for me the receptionist threatened to schedule my surgery for October, making it a year since I was referred to the office. I called the office week after and another receptionist booked me for beginning of September. I was so disappointed!Dr. Phee treated me in the same manner. Examination was rushed and dentist's manner brusk.This all happened under 10 minutes and I was 4 times asked about my insurance (the receptionist asked twice). I felt the staff at Regina Endodontics does not care about patients and only wants to make money.P.S.: All my attempts to resolve the issues were unsuccessful. The receptionist I spoke to simply said It wasn't me." and moved my appointment to January

Had apicoectomy surgery and was quite nervous about everything but between the constant pain and headaches I knew I had to get it done. The office and staff are amazing when I was nervous they explained it to me until I was comfortable with procedure. The day of Alysen and staff were so nice and it made the experience even better. She was quick, smart, patience, and my tooth recovered well. I would recommend to everyone, as my experience was pretty great.

Absolutely the best dental services I have ever received. I received amazing customer service manner from everyone on the dental team including the receptionist. I could definitely give them 100 stars. I got a referral from my dentist for a procedure..took some time, then got on the waiting list. Received a consultation and procedure the same day without worry. The price was definitely in my budget range and everything was thoroughly explained. Would definitely recommend!!!
