Canada Post

In the mad Christmas rush I accidentally put the wrong amount of postage on a letter to the US. I realized my mistake and ran back in, thinking I would be told there's nothing they could do about it. To my pleasant surprise the employee took the time to find the letter, confirm my mistake and allowed me to put another stamp on it. I've gone in many times since, since I work around the corner and have been mailing some products, and they're always friendly and helpful. I see them being patient with other customers and listening to what they need. The lineups have been long but they go quick and employees will politely tell you too wait outside if it's too crowded in there. Nothing but good experiences here for me. So thank you!

I have been going to this post office for years and nothing except wonderful service every time! Everyone is always friendly and so helpful! When I have mail to post, I always look forward to going to this post office!

Should have zero stars, after years of lackluster service, missing packages wrong packages delivered to my neighbour even though I asked the mail lady to check the address while speaking to her from my driveway she didn't even look at the address, we finally got a new mail person who is even worse. We move to Orillia on July 1st, all our experiences with this Canada Post branch have been very positive.

Parcel was said to be delivered with no key. went to get the key then. My package was delivered but missing. Put into the neibours?! Now I'm out my items I've been waiting for absolutely ridiculous..people don't care anymore that's the issue

Usually get my stuff shipped here for pick up and I always get this rude and nasty lady and the last time she refused to give me my package. Luckily someone competent came along and listened to me and gave me my property. Other than that lady the staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend getting your packages shipped to a different pick up location tho maybe the one on the other side of town.

Expect the minimum from everyone working at Canada post, even Robert the GM as been MIA since covid. Working from “home”. We ship 25-50 packages a day and he’s to “busy” to give people a call back. If you think your single packages is worth the hassle think a gain. I’m out over 1.3K in revenue in two months because of people like him and things are managed at the higher level. Rob we’ve contacted our local MPP and media source. Maybe you’ll take time to reply to them, you incompetency is costing everyone Money.

Canada post is a joke never get anything on time. Never had so much trouble as i do now getting my mail on time.

Amazon can deliver my package right to my door, but Canada post leaves it on my steps in the pouring rain... Whoever delivers your packages needs to find a new job, I think his name is Dave.

Worst postal service ever, is orillia ontario canada post on Peter street . The lead hand does not return phone calls & does nothing about the problem ....I've been putting in complaints about a specific mail carrier for the last 2 years , the guy obviously cant read as mail is in my box that's not for me , repeatedly, mail from 3 street over . Worst service ever
