I have been purchasing tile here for years for multiple projects. The selection is varied, constantly updated and always of high quality. The value for money incomparable. But, by far, the very best thing about shopping here is the highest standard of customer service. Alessandro Chiarucci always goes above and beyond. He is very professional, incredibly knowledgeable, responds without delay and takes the best care of you, all with a friendly smile :) The staff at the pro-desk, reception and on the loading dock are just as friendly and happy to help you. Honestly, I wouldn't shop anywhere else!! Alessandro and Ciot always deliver. A visit here is well worth your time and will never disappoint!

We recently renovated the indoor pool at our condo building. Only sections around the floor drains and wall accents needed to be re-tiled. It was a challenge finding an appropriate mosaic to match existing tile yet modernize the space and remain within budget. We tried sourcing tile at several competitors but unanimously agreed that Ciot offered us the best service, greatest selection and fairest price. Alessandro expertly found us the right colour and size tile within budget and without delivery delays. All our co-owners are very pleased with the results and are enjoying our fabulous new pool area more than ever!Thank You so much Alessandro and of course Ciot!

The service by Alessandro Chiarucci was impeccable in terms of timely collaboration, advice and patience.
