7 people in line and only 3 employees ..which were all rotating breaks, while the customer line did not move. Waited 20 minutes for 2 subs. This place is never busy, it is possible the young girls just didnt know how to handle the busy rush. Sub were good.

Last night I ordered a sub on multigrain.When I got home to eat it, the bread was almost like it was sitting for 2-3 days. Not stale, but very close.This is the 3rd time in 2 months this has happenned.Subway, I understand it’s tough but the food quality and staff energy has become deplorable lately.

Walked in to order from the new menu as I have not tried it until today. I waited for about 7 min in line where I was met by a friendly lady that started making my sandwich ( the new southwest steak and avocado). I was then served by a younger nice enough girl but seemed to be overwhelmed with almost every customer I had witnessed after me , apologizing repeatedly to them. As I understand serving the public can be overwhelming at times , she did miss putting on the avocado spread on the sandwich I didn't realize until I sat down to eat. When I realized the mistake I politely addressed the manager as he happened to be out at the counter at the time and he generously provided me with some avocado spread on the side to apply myself. Unfortunately the attitude of the younger girl caught me off guard when she responded to the mistake trying to blame me and told me I ordered the steak and cheese when I had very specifically ordered the new southwest steak and avocado. I assume she thought I had ordered the steak and cheese because I did order cheddar on my sandwich but I did just pay over 15 dollars for the sandwich and a medium size fountain drink. Over all it I wasn't impressed. I use to come to this location alot but it's been a while.

Overall fairly quick in and out operation. It can get busy during rush hours but overall space to wait and staff is very friendly. Efficient process and clean location.

Went there to get a salad and a potato bun deal the potato bun was very hard was not enjoyable as well the salad was less then ever bc they ran out of spinach was to lazy to get more very little of everything as well just like a kids size bowl it was not worth the price and as well they didn't want to add any extra meat said I can only get a 6 inch sub worth would of paid the extra but just not worth it at all

I have been hitting this location for 2.5 years. I went in today. Was there before closing according to my phone time and car. I only wanted to subs toasted no toppings (which is what I always get for the kids) and was shooed out of the store. Told me it was closed. But they didn’t close for another 2 mins… they were extremely rude and kicked me out of the store… yes it was Xmas Eve and I do realize they wanted to go home as well…. But I’ve decided to find another location to go to…

We have been going here for 10 years. We are frequent customers. This last year the subs have been less then satisfactory with almost every visit. Tonight is the last time we will order. They SKIMP so much the sub is mostly bread. the cheese is so little it is like there is none at all. We actually could not find the cheese on all of our subs because there was so little. limited meat, sauce and toppings and barely toasted. The staff are very friendly but their skip the dishes orders are TERRIBLE..even at not busy times. I know you are skimping to save money but people are noticing.
