The staff is always very kind and welcoming and respectful, however. The supervisor charlie working on March 25th decided to discipline two employees in front of a large floor of customers which was very distasteful, disrespectful and unprofessional and I hope somebody speaks to them about when it’s appropriate to discipline employees and when it’s not.

I’ve had a phenomenal experience in store! I don’t usually write reviews but i just had to. I’ve recently moved to this city and decided to give this location a try. I’ve met this wonderful associate named Yvette help me out, she was very helpful and made sure I was very satisfied with my selections. Her energy is very captivating, and she has a lot of knowledge with the products, and recommended me to come next season for the new scents that she thinks I would love. I’m definitely coming back more often!! I highly recommend newcomers and even loyal customers as well to have Yvette as their associate. Thank you yvette!!

I love the store the workers are always friendly and attentive however, today I saw a friend working there and as I was saying hello the supervisor Charlie came over and apprehended them in front of me. While I understand why it was done it was VERY unprofessional to do so in front of customers and made me uncomfortable. Afterwards I realized it was the same employee from a different day that would not allow me to exchange a candle I had bought earlier that day

nice selections of fragrances soaps, candles, perfume.sprays, lotion, etc. not very wheel chair friendly, but we managed, staff very helpful, need more kid themed or inspired fragrances, like cotton candy, strawberries, candle apple etc..

Nice staff, they were super awesome with helping my teenager find what she wanted.

The store itself is fine... always crowded and congested but I guess that's a good thing...the company itself...now that is frustrating. Please...please...stop asking for my email every time I shop there. If I say you already have my email pls don't ask for it again. Tried shopping online to avoid the rush of ppl and email abundance. That is pointless. I have placed about 5 orders online and only 1....1... has ever been complete. Every order has had items end up out of stock but they don't give you the option to find something else or cancel they just email to tell you something was missing then ship the order out...and still hve to pay shipping for an order I may not want any more. Don't even get me started on how fast they discontinue some scents! Sometimes it's not even worth finding a scent you like because it will be gone next month! But the billion dollar company still gets my couple hundred bucks a yr so they must be doing something right.

Great assortment, so many nice smelly fragrances.

Store was nice and clean, staff were amazing, highly recommend.
