This may be the worst shipping center in Canada. I have waited for 2 weeks to get a package delivered to Toronto and they haven't done it yet. They also don't have any customer service and if your package is lost then goodbye to it

UPDATE! still doing the same thing. Honestly if i could give them minus stars i would. They always say attempted delivery but i litterally watch the drivers drive by without stopping. I ask for a call bavk from a supervisor and nothing. Companies need to STOP SHIPPING WITH FEDEX! Fedex is brutal. They call days before to confirm address which I find weird since I entered it in detail for my package I'm receiving. Then 3 days later they mark it as delayed and say business is closed. It's not a business it's a residence and someone is here to recieve it. They don't even attempt the delivery. If you can't do your job then get out of courier shipping business. I definitely don't recommend using fedex to any company or person. Lots of other companies out there they excel in customer service
