Prestigious Home Inspections

A few Fridays ago, when buses were cancelled and I was sent home from work due to the weather conditions, Brien showed up regardless. He took the time with us and pointed things out, documented things in a very professional manner and rated things in order of importance as to what should be a priority. This was not only a benefit to us but to the present owner as it documented some safety issues. The importance of a Home Inspection should never be taken for granted. The importance of an outstanding Home Inspector should not be down played. Brien is the best, most informed, with the most up to date information and technology and I very highly recommend him.

Brien is very nice and professional. His report and advice are very helpful for owners, especially for those who don’t have much experience. Highly recommended!

Just had an inspection with Brien. I was very impressed. He is very knowledgeable, pleasant and responsive. He also showed up when he said he would and got the job done as promised (sounds obvious, but these days you never know). His report was very professional and provided to us on the same day as the inspection. He has all the latest gear (IR camera, drones, etc), and was able to provide some awesome findings. What I really liked is a bunch of smaller things that were found, he gave us the guidance and resources to fix them ourselves. After his inspection I'm confident I know what I'm getting into, and have a plan to deal with smaller issues now that could be bigger problems in the future. I would highly recommend this company.

Brein has been by far the best Home inspector I have ever used. I have purchased many homes and never had the experience Brein created. Good day, I had Googled a home inspector close to the area where i purchased the home. Found Brien from Prestigious home inspection. Brien arrived on time, used his drone to check the roof. He asked me to follow him everywhere he went outside/inside the house and he explained everything to me. His inspection report was very detailed and we used it to negotiate accordingly. Brien was warm, friendly, knowledgeable. My wife and I were very pleased with the report and Brien was very patient with us explaining the results. Thank you Brien.

We were quite impressed when we did our recent home inspection with Brien. He is very knowledgeable and professional and will help quickly identify any potential issues or problems home owners may face with a property. He conducts his inspection by following his own process, which is very efficient and report he creates in the end is very thorough. His infrared imaging is a great tool in understanding potential issues with building envelope or insulation. Highly recommended!
