I have never had so much difficulty get routine 3 months prescriptions filled. Some are ready, some are not. I get an email when they are ready. Just once, it would be nice to have all 5 of my prescriptions ready for pickup at one time. NEVER happens. I have to phone and suddenly then can be filled.

One of the worst Shoppers I have ever been to. The staff here need a complete overhaul. All of the managers (store manager, assistant store manager, cosmetics manager) Are nasty and argumentative. I have personally overheard the managers huddled in a gossip circle talking trash about employees & customers! Most of the staff, especially the older women act like they don't care and would rather be somewhere else. Not to mention that store is so outdated and there's definitely a lacking in what's in stock. The hours also are horrible for a pharmacy. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I appreciate all this shoppers does for us. We have had some bad luck in the last couple of years and the staff here has been there for us every minute. Every time I go in there is a female pharmacist that always comes and greets me asking how my husband is doing and again today asked how we are doing and are we safe. Such a lovely woman and I am so grateful for all the kindness shown. Thank you and stay safe.....

I strongly suggest another pharmacy! They were unable to process my prescriptions in a timely manner. Also unable to process my prescriptions with my benefit card. My new pharmacy was a completely different experience. Fast and efficient. It’s actually scary that a pharmacy as incompetent as this location hasn’t created serious problems for someone.

The pharmacy team has been very supportive and proactive with my parents needs. The associate has personally called to identify risks with certain drugs that could've been fatal had we not reviewed again with the doctor. Highly recommended!!

Not sure what's going in there. Twice I've been there to get a prescription filled and both times they weren't ready even after i showed up an hour later than the pick up time. A few other customers experienced the same problem during the time I dropped off the prescription and picked up it up. Nice and friendly staff however the pharmacy needs to better organize the process of fillingprescriptions.

poor customer service, I called and asked for a Chrome book, other Shoppers that I called where very helpful to help and look out in their computers system which location has it, this lady, answered bluntly; you have to call them yourselves! all shoppers are different!" yeah I can figure
