TD Insurance Auto Centre

I have been using TD insurance for the past 3 years, but now I have suddenly increased the premium, and it the rage approx 25 % increased without any consideration. I would recommend do explore other alternatives prior to proceeding or confirming their policy for rate comparison. Service is quick and very good customer service .

I was told it would take 1-2 days tops to put a tire on a rim which I provided and have it installed. 9 days later I do not have my vehicle. No communication and emails and calls not returned. Just terrible. Go to a different TD collision centre, clearly this location is badly managed.

I seen commercials, they look like a pretty handy and snazzy and world record auto repair shop, if I get my license than I am insuring my car here.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with TD auto centre. Expectations were set and met. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. Highly recommend this establishment for your repairs. Thank you so very much for all your due diligence. This was my first accident in 33 years of driving . I was genuinely pleased with my service and interaction.

The wizardry that Jeremy and his team pulled off on my car is incredible. From start to finish Jeremy was amazing to work with. He reviewed all the damage from my accident, damage not form the accident. He made sure I understood the entire repair process before it started, and then he answered my insane amount of questions.My car looks like the accident never happened and I'm impressed with the whole team. In fact, it actually looks better than when I bought it. That sounds cliche, but I'm serious.Lastly, I have worked in customer service for 20 years, so I pay close attention to how the customer is treated - tone of voice, rushing the customer, feeling like he took the time for ME as a person, etc. Jeremy gets 10's across the board.Thanks so much for the hard work.

Very professional and friendly.Picked up my car from Jeremy. He was unbelievably nice, helpful anf provided full transparency and took time to make sure i understood everything i needed to know.10/10 would recommend.

Very good service. Parts took a very long time to arrive but that's not their fault. The gentlemen who took me through the process was very open and well informed. Explained why stuff may take longer and made sure I was mentally prepared for any issues. Service was excellent and the damage is all fixed.

Really good service; thanks to Jon for being on top of things. Good communication, really happy with the fact the car was detailed after. Overall, having to go to a collision center is never great, but I'm very happy with the experience and want to express my gratitude. Customer service by all reps was great, kudos to the team!
