Billy is fantastic to deal with. Let me start off by saying the man will go through hell frozen over to get you what you need, literally. He went outside and struggled in the cold to bring some vehicles around as we got to stand in the comfort and warmth of the building. He goes above and beyond and has amazing customer service and contact. Once the Ranger Raptor comes to production as is available in store, better believe my guy Billy is getting the sale!

Billy is an amazing salesman. He helped guide me through the process of buying a brand new car and everything that comes with it. He was very upfront and patient with my situation. Even though I did not end up going through with the deal he continued to be an amazing help and offer anything that might be helpful in the future. When I decide to purchase a vehicle I will definitely go back and see Billy at this location.

It was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership so I was a little bit overwhelmed when I first walked onto the lot. Aziz helped me right from the start, he was very kind and wanted to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Not once did I feel pressured by Aziz to make a decision I wasn’t certain about. He took all of my concerns into consideration and was able to find me the perfect vehicle within my budget! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from Aziz and the rest of the team!

Team Ford went above and beyond when it came to customer satisfaction and service! I has purchased a used pickup from them in January. The pickup started having serious mechanical issues. I explained the issue to Joey, the sales manager and he arranged for a replacement pickup. I must admit, they definitely raised the bar. They arranged a driver to bring the vehicle to me in Slave Lake so I didn’t have to take time off work to accommodate the trade in process.Thank you Joey and the others at Team Ford who made this string of bad luck easier to navigate through!

My recent Service appointment seasonal wheel & tire exchange at Team Ford on my 2020 Ford F150 4X4 was handled in an extremely professional and courteous Service call. This Service call went well beyond my expectations and completed the requested work in a very timely and efficient manner, including finding an additional problem and fixing that under warranty. I am super pleased and very happy with the excellent service provided by Team Ford at the Quick Lane Service Center and highly recommend them for your Ford Truck service!
