I am disabled and have purchased a couple of things at Apollo Medical. There is an employee (male) who answers the phone but cannot answer a question whether it be in person or over the phone. I've gone in at various times and each time, I have been ignored and when I finally get help" it's rude and brusque.For most of my purchases I go elsewhere however

Friendly, quick, respectful, professional, very polite. We will work with tango every time, we were very impressed by the young man that came in and made our terrible situation into a memorable one and now we are much more comfortable.
