Prices have increased a bit. Just a hair trim no wash, curl or blow dry (it's what i opt for ) was $32. Always been able to get an appt no problem. Conveniently located inside Walmart.

I walked in with a shoulder length bob with long layers and walked out with a lesbian mullet! I told her that I didn't want anything taken off the length because I am growing it out, she asked if I wanted layers I said maybe just long layers

My daughter 10 cut her very long hair to a short almost bob. Needing some fixing we asked for a pixie style cut. Np they said the clippers were used for the entire cut and the scissors to even what little bangs she had left. My daughter walked out looking like a boy. I've never been angrier. She now gets teased at school and is mistaken as a boy all the time. Just great for her self esteem.Thank ever so muchno we did not receive what we asked for sorry! We are very unhappy with your services

Stylist made me feel like what I wanted wasn't appropriate. She did a cut that she felt was better suited at a length she liked . I contacted customer service and received a call back from the salon offering to shorten the cut. They had my info in-order to contact me but she made me repeat my phone number multiple times and would cut me off if I tried to talk, telling me they would shorten the cut. I feel like I won't be listened to any better the second time around, so I am cancelling the second appointment and going somewhere else where my wishes will be respected and where I can actually get the cut and style I want, since my hair was left long enough to do so.

I am very picky about who I choose to do my hair.I like my hair a certain style with texture and layers.many stylist at other shops have not followed my instructions as to how "I like my hair styled'.My first time going to Smart Style at wallmart Welland I was so impressed! If you book an appointment they will still take two appts ahead of you and make you wait. I was told this is the policy. I arrived 10 mins early.... I understand the walk in process so the person that was started just before I walked up should be served; BUT booking someone after that and before a booked appointment is WRONG.... they just lost a customer. I would not have booked if I had time to wait until they felt they had time. it was only a cut and wash. REALLY missy.......... you suckI would like to note that the young lady that permed my hair the first time did an amazing job. she listened to my wishes and carried them out to a T. however the next time, she did not as she was ordered to be on a business call with her boss and left the perm on too long and now it is frizzy. I would appreciate a call from management at head office level thank you.
