Vicki's Paw Spa

Have been many times and they always do a great job and offer suggestions about the best cuts. My dogs get a lot of mats and they work with that to cut them out while still making them look great. Plus I love the fact you can text and get it all in writing. Super responsive and never had to wait more than a week for an appointment.

Wanted just a dog nail trim. I’ve called, greeted by a voicemail that stated to send a text cause the is a better way to contact someone. I left a voicemail and then texted just to get a nail trim that apparently you can just be for walk in but it’s been almost a month and never heard a word. Maybe they are just too busy to bother returning the call of a new client.

Highly highly highly recommend Vicki’s Paw Spa! The owner, Anna, is so lovely. The work they do for our two. Labradoodles is incredible! They always look so handsome and we pick them up.The first time we use Vicki’s Paw Spa, I came to pick my dogs up, and I could see through the window, one of the owners being super affectionate and loving towards my anxious dog. Neither my dog, or the owner could see me and I thought it was such a special moment. I it’s things like that that make you feel good.

My VERY anxious Chihuahua terrier's groomer closed up shop after 8 years. I received a recommendation for Vicki's and took her in for the first time today. They were wonderful! I am so happy to have found another groomer I can trust to give her the patience she needs.

Excellent experience for my little puppy who gets so excited when he sees Anna from VPS! Flexible regarding drop off /pick up, responsive to scheduling via text, gives great feedback and suggestions regarding grooming/pet care, and always friendly and accommodating.

Moving to Langley required us to find a new groomer for our XL sized dog Ollie. A first generation golden lab doodle that sheds and on his hind legs being over 6 feet tall required patience and experience to handle our pups little quirks. They do a magnificent job every time, from the trimming to cleaning and nail trimming and always have him looking fresh and clean.

I brought in my long-haired cat for a brush and deshed. The groomers were very friendly and you can tell they care about the animals. They schedule cats later in the day when it's quiet. Pricing was decent. Would bring my cats here again :)

Update : we felt that they did such a great job on Java that we returned on our way back through for another trim. We felt bad as her paws were so full of sap as we had just been camping under some trees in the middle of budding - we did our best but they managed to get her paws back to the way they should be - soft, clean and stick less ;0). Thank you!We found this place on line and decided to give it a try as our Havanese was in dire need of a trim after we had been travelling.The store does not have a flashy store front and may not look like much but this was probably the best groom she has had! The cut around her face was perfect and not “mousy” like a few others have cut it.When I was in there picking up Java the groomers were all so good with the dogs they were dealing with and were not rough or frustrated in anyway with those dogs that weren’t cooperating! Talking so sweetly to them,We are very happy and will book again if we are in the area! Highly recommended.

I drove 48 kms to get my cat groomed today because I couldn’t find an appointment anywhere in Vancouver. I understand there are bigger issues going on in the world right now to be concerned about cat grooming, however, choking on hair balls were becoming a health and safety concern. That being said, I am so impressed and happy with our visit to Vicki’s Paw Spa. She looks and smells beautiful. She got her “hair did” in less then an hour. We were treated like VIP customers. Procedures were handled very safely, accurately and full of genuine love. I’m used to spending anywhere between $120-$140 in Vancouver for a full grooming service.. lion cut, clipped claws, ear wash. Today I paid $75 which included my 18% tip. If you’re from Vancouver.. it’s worth the trip! If you’re a local in Langley and a pet owner.... you’re lucky!Thanks Vicki’s Paw Spa!!

I have been bringing my 2 senior cats & my moms small dog here every couple months for couple years now and they are always great with them. I have never been able to clip their nails and she is able to get them done no problems at all. We had lost my female cat this yr, they remembered my sweet girl and were saddened by her loss too. I also love their great prices too and how easy it is to get an appointment.
