This afternoon I went to here to buy two pairs of shoes for my son. When I was in the casher, the girl spoke French with me, but I spoke English, she continued to speak French with me, so I said no, after I realized that she was asking me whether I had point card. Because I saw the pictures there so I told her I have Canadian point card, could you please put point in it? She told no, it was too late. I asked twice, because I knew she could do something to put point in it, this happened before in other shop, other casher could help to do it. But this girl continue to tell no without politeness. I asked her to do refund and re pay it again in order to put point in. She just slapped all the receipts very hard on the table. I felt so bad for this experience. I think your shop didn’t provide basic services attitude for clients.

Excellant customer service by everyone on the floor, working with the public myself, I have to say it's been a long time since ive seen helpful, curteous engaging and smiling people that actually look like they enjoy their jobs! it's very refreshing keep your team I give them 5 stars and this location will definietely be my new favorite sport Experts!! Amazing service from Querlain, and from Jocelyn at the bike shop.....I made sure to talk to the manager about the amazing service provided by Querlain. This young man is affable, helpful and makes you want to come back and ask to be served exclusively by him....Great service from all the staff and kudo to this young man....

Went there to get some snownpants and i found several models that had a sale sign on them. Waited in line to pay for them and only to figure out that the sale sign was wrongly placed and there was no sale. The staff didn't even bother to go remove the signs for false advertisement. I did another round and found at least several sale signs misplaced all around the store with no actual sale. Very disappointed with the service and the fact that they had minimal sales.

Guys, you need to motivate your staff. We went to buy some items for the kids and asked two Reps. First, they didn't know if they have them or not (lack of training), and secondly, they didn't do any effort to find out. We were shoked!!!

I went there to have my son's brand new skates sharpened. They said they sharpened them and charged me a good prize (something like $6.99). When my nephew, a hockey player, looked at them he was shocked and said they weren't sharpened. He said they were only sharpened a little bit but not enough to skate on. I am astounded at the service this place is giving! Horrific!

I am uncertain if they did it on purpose or not but they tried cheating me at the counter. They tried to charge me roughly 140 $ more than what I ordered. When I came back and signaled that, they corrected the situation; however given the ammount I would have expected an apologise. Please check your receipts or you might get screwed at this place.

Excelent service!!! Went today for a back-pack on sale, unfortunately it was sold out and the supervisor girl was very kind to sell me another item with additional discount! Good deal,thank you!

Good collection of footwear and clothing. Prices are a tad bit high but appropriate to the brands and fashion. Great customer service. Someone always comes around to help you. Triangle rewards is a plus. Wish they had better discounts besides the few items on liquidation.

Can I actually give it less than 1 star?! Beyond horrendous customer service. When I finally saw someone, he said he didn’t work this department. He went to ask for help and the loud obnoxious cashiers who were cursing and talking about their fake lashes asked “what does she want” followed by “well, tell her to come here”. You’re kidding me, right?! That’s ok. Oberson will have what I need. Complete waste of time here. Makes me want to shop online more
