They don't care when they make a mistake. You try to talk to them and get nowhere. I had 3 items this time and the driver forgot my drinks so I had to wait over 25 minutes for him to bring them back. The customer service at store level is horrible .

There was very little cheese, sauce, and meat on my food. Essentially bought a large slab of bread. I used to like this place. Now I recommend you save your money and go elsewhere. Keep in mind, this place no longer accepts coupons.

Always had delicious fresh pizza here. A couple of times, the order was not prepared as we asked but they always offered us to remake it. I only wish the west side had a dine in pizza hut with the buffet option.

We ordered pizza on a Friday night, 2 of the “my boxes” and some pasta. When the delivery driver came, he also had a large pizza with him. He said someone had ordered but cancelled, so instead of throwing it out, they brought it to us for free! We had dinner for the following night which was awesome. The food was hot when it arrived too! Great service and really friendly people. :)

Do not prepay. I prepaid and tipped 20%. I waited 1 1/2 hours for my pizza. They forgot something and this was just before they are closing. I said don't bother. I was done dealing with them. They charged me full price and gave me a cookies pizza that I never asked for. I imagine when you are so late you rush and forget stuff. I get that. But, seriously take the extra time to check. The food I did get was really good. No complaints there. I ordered off their menu.The previous time I ordered I got a pizza with barely any toppings. This happens if you don't order one of their menu pizzas.I love Pizza Hut, but tired of giving them chances..

If I could give it less than 1 star I would but at least the pizza was okay but it cost $60 for 2 pies and a salad. The girl working there ran everything up separate rather than the deal they were giving. I don't think it's worth the money when there are far better deals out there.

Ordered the all meat pizza and the chicken caesar pizza both medium. Pizza arrived really quickly. Both pizza were missing the sauce. Dry, tasteless. On phone now been put on hold twice. Person admits they freeze the meats which kills the flavour.. tastes like a waste of money. Never Again.... Still on hold

Food has been sub par lately and seems like they cut back on the toppings. The last couple orders from here are definitely not the same quality as in the past
