The gal at the speaker / take-out window was friendly, and super kind! I had wished her a sun-shiney day and hoped she was in a happy place ..and she was so taken by my words, that she gifted me a fox sugar cookie! Kindness, begets kindness! And as for my decaf Cinnamon Dolche Latte - it was perfectly delish!

I had a white hot chocolate it blew my mind. Thank you for the glory in the form of a hot beverage. Barista checked on my liking of the drink, that was a fine contribution to the well kept atmosphere

I make a weekly trip to Starbucks. Especially the one on the Howard location. The service is excellent, and so is my go to drink! (Grande, iced salted caramel mocha)I understand that Starbucks can be pricey, but I don't mind.Hopefully they get their oat fudge bars back.

Lily deserves a raise!! i hurt my ankle playing basketball before going thru the drive thru to order my drink & I asked if they had baggies - they did not and asked me what it was for. I then informed her of my injury and she said she would see what she could do. she went out of her way to find a plastic bag in the store and filled it with ice for me. So kind of her! Thanks Lilly :)

The staff at the speaker/take-out window was friendly and kind. I wished the attendant a sunny day, and she surprised me with a fox sugar cookie. The decaf Cinnamon Dolce Latte was absolutely delicious! Kindness truly begets kindness!

A smaller Starbucks that's kind of akward to get to, you have to go out of your way to get to it and if you do you'll most likely be annoyed you did! Been here 3-4 times and each visit the service has been sub par at best. For the astronomical price they charge for their food/drinks they should have WAY better service!

I chose this Starbucks to go to because it looked like it had the most ample seating for me to use my laptop with a mouse, and if does have good seating. The baristas seem energized and eager to work, and that's a rarity, even on Christmas Eve. It is, however, absolutely freezing. The door keeps flying open, but I don't think it's the reason. There's just not a lot of heat in the building.

I gave Starbucks two stars because although there was no body in line, I still had to wait a long time to give my order. The staff seemed to be moving very slowly and it took quite a while before I was able to place my order.

Friendly and helpful staff. Was looking for a vegan Avocado spread and the staff had a few in stock. Also treated me with complimentary spread as a courtesy.
