An excellent service from Simon. Reasonable and thorough and pointed out things over and above the basic chimney sweep. Left the premises spotless and even changed his shoes every time he left and entered the house. I can thoroughly recommend this professional service.

I got another sweep in, by mistake, and he asked me who usually does my flu and when I told him who it was, he told me how well thought of, Simon was, in the business .This sweep will definitely be lucky for you if you book him.

Simon from Premier Chimney Sweeping Services recently swept and inspected our chimney. He was incredibly professional and helpful throughout - answering questions in a way which was easy to understand for someone with no knowledge about chimneys and fireplaces whatsoever! He even took the time to give me a call when I sent him a follow up question via email. I was also impressed with how clean he left our living room. You'd have had no idea that any work had been done. I'd highly recommend him for chimney sweeping services in the north east.

Simon really knows his stuff. We booked him to sweep our chimney for the first time and he got us booked within a few weeks. He did a really thorough job. He is so professional and works in such a clean, methodical way - he even brought his own slippers! We couldn't recommend him enough and we will be sure to use him again next year.

Very pleased with service received from Simon today- he was willing to remover our old, completely disconnected gas fire, sweep the chimney and replace the fire when other sweeps had been unwilling to take the job and did it all in a very professional and friendly manner, with explanation of the various stages and a very minimal amount of mess, and all at an excellent price- highly recommened!

Fantastic service! Simon carried out an annual sweep on our wood burner and was very thorough. It also talked us through a few additional checks he did - which was appreciated. A very friendly person, who is clearly very knowledgeable and full of advice! Very highly recommended!
