Participation House Project The
This is truly a community center built to be an inclusive place for people of all abilities. It truly excited me to see people and wheelchairs being able to access fitness equipment and work out right beside people who had no mobility issues. I say kudos to everyone involved in the making, building and maintenance of this great facility

Osalita was the first person I encountered here. She was exceptional at taking me under her wing and showing me the ropes. She ensured that I understood the polices and how the house was ran. I’ve been working with Osalita for several months and I can honestly say she’s an exceptionally great coworker. She is very helpful and encouraging to other staff, always taking the initiative to get things done and help others along the way. She is a wonderful team leader .I’ve never witnessed any abuse, it’s seems more like people have their own personal agenda because if you feel as it you’re getting bullied then there’s a proper protocol to follow….like contacting your manager or even have a conversation with the person. Going about it this way is very vindictive.
