The security guard is legendary.

The two stars are for the above mentioned tall friendly amazing security guard with an amazing ponytail. He is great at customer service and I heard him chatting with a client about being out on parole in a very non judgmental way. The staff are mostly grumpy and atrocious. They make you feel small for needing assistance and only deal with one issue at a time. For example, if you need funding for warm clothes and are having a food crisis, they seem to not hear the second one. There is no computer to print out any paperwork. My friend, a social worker states this is likely because someone got angry and kicked it! Work BC at Broadway and Commercial lets you print 10 pgs for free ( a few blocks away). I'd do your research if you're on welfare. Go prepared and take a free pen to fill out the endless forms. If you need cheap groceries after, Donald's market has tasty fresh produce.

i cant attest to the other review, about the security guard (more likely a retired hitman assassin navy seal). first off his ponytail is magnificent looks like a greek god. I must admit i was the gun man as i ran out of pocket sand that day so resorted to plan preparation H, i shot at him like *blaka blaka blaka pow pow booyaka brap* buddy let us in

Absolutely despicable treatment. The ministry has constantly given me misinformation as to my healthcare options, while utilizing this misinformation to stonewall me on obtaining vital resources, that I've required. The shelter crisis benefit should be available to people in emergency situations; ex:(flooding)(forced relocations) in order to prevent eminent danger to one's health; ex: (fungal infections). They seem quick to educate me on what the healthcare system provides for prescriptions under healthcare insurance ;ex: anti-fungal creams... This government resource cannot be counted on to provide vital resources in a timely fashion, during emergency situations.

You would think that a place dealing with the disabled would have more sensitivity around their adaptations. I'm not able to speak without a computer. They left a message for me and when I tried to call back, they hung up while I was typing my reply twice.

The tall security guy has a good heart...and a brave soul...my 4 stars goes strictly to the god like ponytail....
