Griffiths has a fantastic team. I've seen Dave and Sam on separate occasions and am grateful for their expertise and professionalism. The whole team is awesome, and super friendly. Dave has been working with my mother to help her with certain mobility issues, and she can't stop talking about her positive experiences at their office!

After injuring my shoulder and rib cage, and not being able to sleep or accomplish everyday tasks without feeling pain, I went to see Dr. Troy Findlay for treatment.After four treatments, I have no pain in my side and am able to rotate my shoulder once again. In addition to the adjustment, Dr. Findlay also treated the soft tissue to relieve the pain which improved the movement and function of my shoulder and my side. Dr. Findlay is personable and easy to speak with. I feel so much better and am thankful for his expertise. Dr. Dave is pretty amazing. I took my 11yr old son to him after experiencing some knee issues (he is an Academy level soccer player/goalie) and Dr. Dave was able to get him back on the field in no time. He also worked with my son to show him how to move his body better to withstand the pressures that playing puts on his body and not re-injure his knee. This is the best physiotherapy clinic I've been to in Niagara Falls. My experience was great right from calling to make my appt. up to being seen by Dave Griffith. He is incredibly knowledgeable and up to date on all the treatments I needed, as well as the friends that I referred him to (whom were impressed as well). The facility is incredibly clean and in an easily accessible location. Just to add a little extra to my wonderful experience, I had the pleasure of seeing his family pop in, on my way out. All of them were so sweet and I've always preferred to support family run businesses. I will definitely continue my treatment plan at Griffiths.

Dave is best.. He spends 1 on 1 time with every patient. You arent hooked up to a machine and forgotten about..Flexible times for a person with a busy schedule.Highly recommend this place to anyone that truely wants to recover from an injury or operation or even just preventive maintenance

I have started taking pilates with Mariette. I've found that it has not only improved mobility in my spine but that it has decreased my overall pain and discomfort as well. Her energy is calming and her knowledge of pilates used in rehab is exceptional. I would highly recommend taking a class with her.

So happy Dr. Dave has opened his own practice. Very professional and thorough. Works 1:1 with his patients and amazing sport knowledge. Dr. Dave assisted me with my hip problems and looking forward to him getting me ready for baseball season following my hamstring injury.

Dr. Dave and his team are absolutely phenomenal. Dave helped me through two shoulder reconstruction surgeries and got me to competing at the international level of competition in record timing. What I appreciate most of Dave and his team is that I was never just a number. My small steps of recovery were shared successes. I would highly recommend Dave and his team!

Dr. Findlay is Amazing!He takes the time to really listen and understand what’s going on. He fixes me up when I need it and shows me ways to stay healthy and strong.
