Riutta Contracting

Contacted Irving Riutta about repairing a damaged chimney, he set up an appointment. My wife left work to be home for the appt, Riutta didn't show up (or call to give a heads up). Contacted him, advised that mrs. had to get back to work, he rescheduled. I left work for the second appt, for which he failed to show up for or have the decency to call and say he couldn't make it. Contacted him, he rescheduled.... This happened four times. Not once did he show up, or call to say he wasn't coming. He was aware that there's water coming into the house from a damaged chimney, and that it's under an insurance claim (he's certain to get paid!). His lack of respect for my situation/respect for our time/ignorance of not making the appointments he set up himself earns him ZERO stars. but, since that's not an option, he'll get one star- even though he doesn't even deserve that.
