Do not come here for TB test. I don’t know why, but the fee for a TB test is $120 despite my reason for the test is for school, which, according to the City of Toronto website, says that it is covered by OHIP. I then went to a different walk in clinic and they told me that their TB test is free for my reason and that I only have to pay for a signage fee, which was $45. They also were willing to copy my past forms info onto the new ones. So, I’m not sure why it costs so much here, the receptionists were friendly for the most part, but all in all, there’s way cheaper places than here to get a TB test.UPDATE: The receptionist at the other walk-in clinic I went to realized that they shouldn't even charge me $45 after they phoned someone and made my TB test + the documentation free.

This is my first 1-star review.I booked an appointment online 1 month ago and the receptionist told me the doctor canceled all his appointments today. Yet they still sent me a reminder, how funny is it. I asked if there’s any other doctor available but they said they’re closing soon because there’s no doctor available - on a Friday afternoon! Unfortunately my next appointment was booked for late next month.

Dr Jack is only here every 3 weeks now,They removed half of their waiting room to build a pharmacy which is so redundant considering there was already one literally right next door... But the kicker is Dr Proffitt who was decent as well is gone, the waitstaff has now changed as well and the new group of women are both aggressive and inconsiderate. Lastly the two new doctors have limited availability themselves

Nice staff and doctors! I have been seeing a doctor here for two years and every time I am very satisfied. And everyone has big smiles, is super friendly and knowledgeable - I highly recommend to anyone!

What an administrative nightmare. My doctor now only works here twice a week. They called me months after they received my heart test to bring me in, told me I could only come on Fridays or Saturdays and that I don't need an appointment. Got there, and they turned me away despite there being hours left in the day. All front desk staff are rude. They are always 30 to 45 minutes late when I schedule appointments. Dr jack is always in a rush to leave the room as fast as possible. I had to remind him to remind me of the side effects of the medication HE PRESCRIBEDd to me. Miserable place. Avoid at all costs.

This is a review about the clinic, I have nothing to complain about the doctor himself.I was contacted by the Health Connect program saying that I could book myself and my husband for an appointment since one of the family doctors here was accepting new patients. I tried to call this clinic, nobody answered it, so I left a VM to be contacted (which never happened), after this I went to the clinic website which had a huge advertisement saying that the same doctor that I was looking for was accepting new patients and we could book the first appointment online, so I went ahead and book it and even mentioned that I was sent by the Health Care Connect program and the reason of the booking was of course to see a family doctor for the first time. This was Tuesday last week (June/13), so my husband and I both went for the appointments this morning, but turns out they are not accepting any patients. And I understand things can change, but the clinic should at least send an email letting me know about the changes, because what is the point of being told about this only when you arrive to the location?I had to see a doctor anyways, but for my husband who had to move things around on his schedule to be there for nothing was disrespectful.

They have gotten a lot worse from 2022 to now (June 2023). The receptionists changed one by one, they rebuilt the waiting room to build an entire pharmacy inside, and the doctors are changed and gone now and they didn't tell us. Dr Jack is pretty Swift and lazy in his explanations, and the receptionists are quite rude

My girlfriend went twice to see Dr. Xu, and was completely dismissed and untreated. The first time, he ignored her symptoms and didn't even ask to look at the issue, didn't give her any recommendation to a specialist, and prescribed something that didn't work after spending about a minute talking to her. The second time, he spent thirty seconds with her, ignored the fact that her symptoms had gotten worse, again didn't ask to see the issue, and repeated the same diagnosis. The clinic's administration is also lacking: she had booked a service with the clinic for that appointment, but was told by Dr. Xu that he couldn't provide the service until hours later. The clinic downstairs which had supplied testing services after her first appointment was apparently out of service, and she was directed to go elsewhere. For the cherry on top, he also assumed she was gay and marked it on her chart, without even asking. I wasn't there, or I would have made this comment in person, loud enough for the whole clinic to hear. You'll get better treatment from a vet.

Both my husband and I have been coming here for about a year or longer and have had nothing but amazing service and care from all the staff. The doctors are wonderful and I have seen just about all of them that work there. They have been treating me for sometime now and I can honestly say have listened to my medical concerns. The front admin staff/nurses are wonderful and so kind and friendly. They have always been so accommodating even with any last minute appointments or requests. I see how they treat the patients and they really do care and are very polite and kind. I would recommend this medical office for anyone who is looking for good doctors and great staff/nurses.

Unclear why this place is allowed to call themselves a “walk in clinic.” I got there before opening time to line up. They happily registered me and several other people as “walk in patients,” had us sit down in the waiting area, and then after a while they announced that the doctor (who had shown up late) was not actually going to be seeing any walk in’s today. I could have been first in line at some other clinic had I not wasted all my time at this fake walk-in clinic.
