Sam was courteous, friendly and professional and arrived at the agreed time. He quickly summed up the situation and gave us a quote for the necessary work. He also suggested an alternative with extra features, but there was absolutely no pressure to accept this higher priced alternative. The work was done efficiently and, even though he did hit a couple of unforseeable snags (our plumbing is old), the work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. The work site was left clean and orderly. We would recommend Gateway Plumbing Services to anyone looking for a great plumber with the personal touch!

Sam came and did a few things for me. He supplied and installed a toilet along with an emergency stop for the toilet and also replaced a stop and waste main valve . Sam finished all this with Amazing Efficiency and Quality. He was very kind, and professional. He explained what he was doing and told me things to watch out for in the future. He asked me if I had any questions I told him of an issue I was having with my sink, I was so impressed with his work , I made another appt. to get that fixed as well. I would highly recommend him for any repairs or work you may have. Sam with me, you have a customer for life.

Sam dealt with a variety of plumbing issues during the month of November 2022 at my home. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, efficient and the jobs were all completed both on time and as quoted. One of the jobs was unexpectedly complicated which necessitated Sam having to spend several hours searching for appropriate fittings. Despite the additional time that was required, no additional charges were applied.In addition to being a flawless professional, Sam is a person of high integrity, extremely personable, and without reservation I would strongly recommend him.

Couldn’t of asked for more from Sam.Extremely professional from the first call to inquire the work to be done. He was able to get me in promptly and supplied a detailed price before starting his work. Work was professionally done and even when asked for more to be done, agreed despite having other commitments. Sam was very professional and responsive, unlike other plumbers who dont respond or dont even show up.He took care of everything I needed, and offered creative solutions to the problems I faced. Most plumbers turned down the job, however Sam was able to rise to the challenge!I would recommend him since he charges a fair price for very good quality work. The same thing would have easily cost me double from what leaside/mr rooter or other big plumbing companies charge.
