Best Western Plus Fox Creek

When traveling for business and in a need of stay in Fox Creek, I will always stay here. The price at this location is higher than others in the area. However, the customer service is some of the best I've ever seen. The Breakfast is easily one of the best complimentary meals I've had in recent years. The rooms and pool area were clean. Great job to the staff!

Great place to spend the night or extended nights in Fox Creek! Can't wait for the pool to be fixed. The front desk lady who helped me check in was amazing as well.

I've stayed over 1000 nights in different hotels all over northern Canada. Hands down best hotel stay I've ever had!

It sucks to have to work in Fox Creek but a nice hotel makes it better. The price was higher than hotels in other small towns but I was pleased to find that hot breakfast and dinner were included in the room fee. The room itself was very nice and clean also.

Outstanding!!! The Star’s in this Hotel are the Amazing Staff!!! It is Incredible how the Hotel runs light a fine oiled Machine!! From the moment you are Greeted by the Wonderful Front desk staff, The Cleaning Staff are absolutely Spotless!!! You can Always depend on the Maintenance team here! They are at your Service Anytime for Anything!!! The Dinning here is Unreal! Freshly prepared healthy meals by the Incredible Staff! Even the Laundry is Professionally cleaned everyday with care by the Laundry crew!!I can not say enough about this place, General Manager Tammy is Spectacular! She has a Team second to none in my experience!!! Congratulations to them all!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ All Day Long!!

Front desk staff were all excellent the rooms were clean and modern will be staying here everything I am in Fox Vegas from now on.

Nice clean rooms, beds are hard, and the pillows are all soft. It would be nice to have a mix of 2 firm and 2 soft pillows instead of 4 that are useless to people who like firm pillows.I forgot my bathroom bag and needed a toothbrush, something the Best Western usually has at the front desk. They didn't have any, so they went out and purchased a toothbrush for me. For that, they get 5 star service.Also, it was a bit disappointing that the pool was shut down. It was the only reason I chose BW over the other hotel with a pool. Yet they still charge full price...

Front desk staff upon arrival that evening was great and super friendly. Room was nice size and clean, bathroom amenities were great but the water pressure wasn't very good in the shower. Bed was a bit hard for my liking and pillows were not very comfortable, small and hard. Breakfast was good and checkout seamless. Overall great place to stay

Rooms are always well maintained and air conditioned, sometimes the heat in the water runs out but other then that they're great rooms. The sound proof walls are a solid 9/10. Internet is pretty solid too.Weight room has dumbells and some machines. The pool and sauna is relaxing and clean, great for after a workout or break after work.Most of the staff are very respectful and charismatic. There's one employee who I've heard gossip and talk about guests disrespectfully, but not everyone can be a class act I guess.Great breakfasts and dinners, their timing for dinner is spot on. Kitchens are cleaned, entrance is well maintainedAwesome location, best in Fox Creek. Probably the best hotel in town
