I feel very comfortable with my discussions during my session with Rapid Action Nurses. I am always provided with many techniques to try and I leave my session with some very knowledgeable information and feeling good about the session. I always look forward to knowing I have an upcoming appointment, sometimes knowing just that helps me get through until the next session. They are doing great things and helping many!

Shweta is an absolute godsend! I don’t live in Alberta, but required acute and long-term services for my family member. Shweta travelled to rural Alberta to meet us, introduce herself and make a plan. She didn’t require us to sign a contract and wasn’t pushy at all, which was a relief! She has obvious compassion and empathy for her clients and she is extremely knowledgeable. Shweta picked up my family member and drove them to medical appointments and that was beyond amazing! That way I was able to get an accurate communication and understanding with regards to what the treatment plan was for my family member. As a health care professional, I know how vital this is. Shweta also ensured that med management was being completed consistently and safely, which wasn’t the case before she came on the scene. Another amazing service that she provided was actually going into the home and provided in-home therapy and provided functional strategies that were of enormous benefit! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shweta and the valuable and necessary services she provides. I am now able to breathe a province away-knowing that my loved family member is being cared for and is learning new tools and coping strategies that have essentially save their life and will help them to live their life more fully!
