Maitre Tabet and Maitre Kababejian provided the best service: they were patient answering all of our questions, they explained the whole process , gave us an appointment even if the request was made last minute/their schedule was full. Maitre Tabet was super competent; she identified something missing in the dossier which saved us a lot of trouble for later! I highly recommend without hesitation!!!

Being the sellers, we were not the ones to choose this notary. The notaries at this firm are incompetent, dishonest, and lack professionalism. We were surprised the day before the signing with a bill for work we did not agree to have carried out and that was not necessary. To avoid the sale not going through, we chose to dispute after the fact. Numerous emails questioning the fees went unanswered. Do not recommend. Avoid at all costs!
