We recently purchased a property in Victoria B.C and hired John Monkhouse who works for EXP realty as our agent. I have worked with many agents in the past and this was the worst experience I have ever had buying a property.He is rude and unprofessional . He made money from us providing us bad service, bad attitude and left us with many errors to be fixed later on the property. I will never recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling a property. Beware.
