Horrible. It's like a prison with like 4 officials for every person that enters with nothing to do but be pressed about every tiny and I mean tiny rule. They're bored irritated and itching to harass you. Save yourself the trouble and go to any one of the other more reasonable social security offices around.

Submitted documentation for a file, documents loss and told to resubmit. Told letters mailed with information for case incorrect. Their way was the accurate way.

Very rude. Hung up on me. I am just trying to locate my original documents I had to send them with tracking. I live less than a mile from the office and it has been over a week since they claim to have sent my items back to me. Zero tracking and zero concern for my personal, original documents. I am extremely concerned. HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE!
