After a few days of trying to fix a software problem I decided I was getting no were so I took it over to Midtown Computers left it there in the morning got a call in the late afternoon IT WAS FIXED. I have to give them a five star for that.

MIDTOWN PERSONAL COMPUTERS
Was in need and simply trying to find a mini USB cable. Tried Staples, Canadian Tire, Wal-Mart and even gas stations. Did not realize how obsolete and hard to find those cables are. Called Midtown and shoulda called them first cause they had one. Saved the day.

Their work is great, I've had tons of work done here in the past, screens replaced, hard drives swapped, DVD drives, upgrades, re-installs of OS, etc. Never had a problem with their work or parts supplied. However, some time ago they stopped being open on Saturdays, so I had to look for another vendor who is open Saturdays. In fact, I'm tickled pink that I found this other vendor who not only is a shrewd competitor, but has piles of merchandise in his store. No more ordering in and waiting for delivery, turnaround is now hours instead of days or weeks. Sorry guys.

Ron at Midtown is a stand up guy and always does his best to offer the best solution for your needs when buying new. When it comes to computer repair he always goes above and beyond to see that he fixes it right and you are satisfied. I always take my repairs there and have bought my last couple of desktops and they always stand behind their products.

Excellent and speedy service. Ron is very polite and accommodating. I was having a problem with my computer shortly after a Windows 10 install, and Ron offered to stop by my apartment, on his way home, to service it. As it turned out that wasn't, in the end, found to be necessary. But the offer was very impressive. This is my go-to computer shop for all my computer needs.Thank you..........Dave
