Great driver (so friendly), comfortable seating, and wifi. Passengers are a bit of a weird bunch (who don't follow mask rules), but the company has taken steps to make the ride safe.

Bought a ticket through RED ARROW for this bus line and a connecting bus to get from Lloydminster to the Edmonton International Airport for my brother. Keep in mind this was for him to catch a SCHEDULED FLIGHT TO WORK TONIGHT. KCTI left Lloydminster late today and thus made making his connecting bus impossible and left him stranded in Edmonton and scrambling for a way to make his flight. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. $100 ticket to never make it to his destination.

I missed my stop. First time traveling on the buses here. When I explained that to the driver (I don't know his name, he took me from Lloydminster to Edmonton), he was very respectful & helpful in suggesting a cab (while I was in a bit of a panic) and I caught the other bus right on time. Thank you so much!

I’ve reading the reviews I don’t get why everyone is like (great, clean, comfortable ride bla-bla-bla) that’s not my experience at all. First of it’s been years that they’re washroom doesn’t work there’s no plug for you’re phone there no wifi the chairs are the most uncomfortable one I’ve sit on. There’s 2 buses and most of the time there’s a technical problem, if that happens while you’re on the road you could wait up to 2:30 for assistance, the funny part is they won’t even give you some of the tickets money back. I still don’t understand why keeping those buses with technical issues every 2min and with they’re ticket rates that went up you would except more from the ride but nope it’s still the same back breaking ride. The driver always says 5min break (that turn out to be 10-15min it like they don’t really care if got somewhere to be) at multiple gas station and assume you can get a full meal there for a 7h ride that never reach the destination on time

I always got along w the owner n found the ride great. At times a female answering the phone has not seemingly been with it however, if you have any issue that way just ask for owner, someone else or just show up rather than book on phone n have a second option or make this a backup second option, or eliminate this as an option.

Booked a ticket for nov 6 5:30 pm got there at 4:45 and waited till 6:15 and called the company only to find out that the bus was already many stops passed mine. Operator said that the bus must have come an hour earlier because of the clocks going back but the lady working at the shell said no bus even came.

Its pretty good , i love the friendliness of the driver and the cleanliness. The only thing that missing is you cant use the washroom and there’s no plug to charge our mobile devices. There might be an emergency if our devices gotten lowbat. It needs a plug to charge our devices. Please I suggest you guys to put a plug inside the bus

I had a good one hour ride, the driver was very nice. It takes plenty of stops so you can go to the washroom and get snacks if needed. The only problem was the 40 minute delay.

This is not good service. It’s over an hour from 10:00am and I’m still waiting at the station for the for the bus. No calls, no communication what so ever. The customer service I contacted said their was a mechanical problem and I’m not sure how long that will take. I need to catch a flight in 4 hour time. Still waiting for the bus to come. Apparently, I kept calling the customer service’s line and now the line is no longer active.
