We have worked with Michelle from Avenue Realty in the past and was very satisfied. We recently hired Michelle’s services again in a long search for a condo apartment. It was not an easy task in this market but Michelle had all the time and patience in the world to help us. She was literally available 24/7 to answer our “annoying” questions and concerns. We ended up with a property that we couldn’t even imagine that we would purchase and for a fair price in this market. I would highly recommend everyone to work with Michelle and her team. Note that now when we have settled down in our new place we miss talking to Michelle and seeing her on weekly basis. If I could I would have given 10 stars in this review.

I had the pleasure to speak and meet with Bruna. We scheduled 3 visits in the same day and she was super helpful and patient. This was my first time looking for a long term apartment and I'm glad I had her walking me through the whole process.

Christopher was very professional in helping us find our first home. He was very honest and patient with us given that we had a lot of questions. He was very helpful in guiding us with our decision making process. I was so thoroughly impressed with the work of Christopher and avenue realty, i referred my mother to them when she sold her house and i used them again when i was renting out my condo. All of which happened seamlessly and with as little stress as possible. I would recommend Christopher to anyone with anyone looking for a good real estate agent.

I can safely say Avenue is the best in the business. Michelle helped me find my first condo last year and I have 3 words to describe her work ethic throughout the process - determined, patient and professional. Her knowledge of the real estate market is unparalleled, and I was able to trust her instincts that boded well with her negotiating skills. The Avenue Realty Team is just not a great team but someone who cares and takes the time to be with you. I have been dealing with Christopher and Michelle Fusco on my last two properties and fall in love with them even more. I don't know another company that actually takes the time to explain to you from every angle. I am not that knowledgable about always the current housing market or interest rates but they inform me so I can make the best decision for my family.
