These guys are amazing. Our AC broke down the sunday afternoon before the 43 degree day. We called monday morning kind of expecting they will be able to come and fix it maybe tuesday or wednesday. They were there Monday at noon and fixed the problem. just amazing, thank you so much!

Alberni Valley Refrigeration installed a new gas furnace to replace a vintage 1970 oil furnace we had. Our house was a mess from renovations, We had 3 angry dogs, and the staff were fantastic! Jeff Findlay came out to take photos and measurements, told us our options, and gave us a timely quote. Out of 3 possible companies who came to do that Jeff seemed like he was the most honest and transparent and cared the most. When it came time to getting the furnace installed, it was installed way faster than I expected! They sent out a crew of 5 professional HVAC guys who actually asked me questions and involved me in the process. They actually took the time to properly hide wires, run the gas line and water line where its not an eyesore, and they even caulked the siding properly afterwards. They cleaned up all their garbage and took away the old oil tank which we didn't want to deal with. They did a great job with running the intake and exhaust and even did it with regard to the renovations! I can't say enough good things about Jeff and especially the crew that came to the house and did all the hard work! The furnace is working great and I am very happy. Blown away by their customer service! I would highly recommend to anyone who needs their services. We came upon a leak in our hot water tank this morning, and they sent someone within 4 hours to replace it for us. Cameron was incredibly professional and worked efficiently and did an incredible job. We are so happy with the service and will call on them again and again when needed. This company exceeded our expectations.They installed a bathroom fan/vent.Then installed a split heat pump system.We are extremely pleased with the entire process, from our estimator, who was professional and listened to ourconcerns, and then got our installation over a month early.Neil & Mike installed our system, and we are thrilled.

I needed a new heat pump/ air handler at my house in Nanaimo. Jeff? had a good look around and said he would get back to me in a couple of days. That was May 1. Two weeks later I phoned in to the office spoke to the receptionist she said she would look into it. Didn't hear back. Sent an email a week later. Didn't hear back. One week ago called again spoke to the receptionist. She said she'd look into it. Didn't hear back. So now it's an entire month. I'd call that pretty poor customer service. It's been a complete waste of my time. You won't always be so busy you can afford to ignore customers.

Very professional, friendly and courteous. The installers did a fantastic job, everything looks great and works beautifully. A great customer experience from start to finish.

Jeff replaced my furnace at my lake house. Assessed the problem, quoted the job and replaced furnace within 48 hours. All on time and exactly as quoted. I'm from out of town and Jeff routinely updated me with phone calls, texts and photos of the work progress. Great service - great work - highly recommended.

The technician Garry came to my house to service a heat pump and replace and service two water filters. Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He even had the required part in the truck. I would definitely recommend Alberni Refrigeration.

Arron is an amazing specialist for the heat pump, highly recommended. our heat pump the fan at outside unit doesn’t spin for either heat or cold system , Arron came in and just took one hour to fix the problem. thanks very much Arron , so much appreciated, you change my mind that experience is not related to the humans age! we can enjoy the nice cool air finally!
