Walmart Supercentre

They now make you pay for your makeup products at the makeup section due to theft and I completely understand that but when it’s time to go check out your other items the employees then have to check your receipt and items and then the buzzer at the door always always goes off even though I have paid for it they need a better system and it shouldn’t go off if I have paid and the security tag has been removed very annoying I don’t need my items looked over twice should not even have to even once.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Go to literally any other Walmart in Reginia. Context I asked if they had a BBQ I was going to buy in stock and I just got laughed at and ignored while they sat at the counter talking to their co-worker, that's it. That's the whole interaction. I'm only one person but I'll never go back there.

Customer service is lacking at this store. It is like everyone is allergic to answering the phone. Even the simple inquiries that would take a few minutes to check take an unreasonable amount of time. I do understand that the staff are busy but it would be nice if someone was actually in charge of monitoring phone calls.Also, the staff need better training, especially the receipt Checking Staff at the doors. Maybe a racial awareness training because some of the staff are down right racist... possibly it is just subconscious biases held, but either way, it gives customers a traumatic experience shopping.Also, just a suggestion... during summer time, Walmart might sell more BBQs if they offered services for assembling Bought BBQs like how bicycles are assembled already. I think Lowes offers this feature on select or all BBQS.

They really need to keep it well maintained and should stow more materials. This place is barely stocked up as compared to all the other locations. Their vegetables and fruits are never fresh no matter what day you go.

Bought the best looking salmon opened it up to make lunch and it was the most vile rotten smell. Dont buy meat from here it is not properly stored and the best before dates are inaccurate

Absolutely disappointing and terrible customer service by MANI at checkout. I went there on july 5th around 9:30pm. Someone needs to give her training and teach her basic etiquettes. She has a sickening behaviour towards customers.

I ordered online and selected the pick up slot of 7am to 8am. When I went for picking the order at 07:35am the employee asked to come next day or later of the day giving the reason that only 50% of the order is ready. It’s completely weird.

Went and bought a freezer and the Manager got us a trolley. As we approached the checkout, the Manager put us through immediately. I was going to go through a different cashier. When we took back the cart, the greeter thanked us and took it from us. This was the best experience I’ve ever received. Thank you. I never got their names, but if they see this, they’ll know who they are. You made my husbands and my day. Great Service!!!! This was at Walmart South!!!

I will always go to this location i don't why everytime il go for western union the lady say its Always off line she get the number and just one click she always offline.but when she's not in duty it's ok,her name is khasma do rude when she explained

Store was clean, that's the only reason I gave it one star.People working at the till were rude. I always try to use a real employee at check out (at all stores) and the few times I have been there this past 6 months I have had an employer raise their voice at me( because I was paying with my phone app, which worked, but apparently Samsung ruins their systems).On my second visit of one my items was passed" so hard it fell off the counter and was damaged. I refused to pay.All in all
