Island Lift Systems offers an excellent level of service. Anyone who needs or is considering the benefits of a stairlift would do well to call them and learn about the options they have.We had a lift installed within a week of calling them. The entire process was so easy. The sales team is supportive and knowledgeable and the technician who installed the lift was professional, polite, and very clean with his work.

Two days following our initial contact we had a stair lift installed in our home. We are just thrilled and now able to safely move between floors. The staff were a joy to deal with and the installation went perfectly. All in all, highly recommended!

I had a Stiltz Duo Alta installed in the past month by Island Lift Systems (Victoria BC) and it was an excellent installation.I called numerous companies for pricing and questions about various elevator products and Island Lift Systems were the most knowledgeable and fair priced company by far.Andre who did the initial site visit was on time and extremely thorough explaining the product and process of ordering the Stiltz elevator from the manufacturer in Pennsylvania, and then what would be involved with the two day installation.Once we agreed to purchase the unit Andre expeditiously ordered it the same day and it was shipped on and delivered to Victoria within 10 days. The elevator arrived in Victoria on Friday the 23rd of Sept and the crew came to install it on Monday the 26th. Vesa and Nathan completed the installation by the next day as promised. Truly exceptional service.The only problem with this project is that I wish I had done it years sooner.This is an amazing elevator and an outstanding company.Major Chuck (retired)
