I have struggled with online service to get my account login for over a year Not able to access my statements. I went to the Portage la Prairie store and was helped by Ronak . Thank you

There are cheaper and better options. First they cancelled my internet plan to force me onto a more expensive plan. Honestly this was great because now I have internet that is twice as fast and half the price after switching to Fido and VMedia. After cancelling they have since tried to bill me for CableTV which I have never signed up for with them. I just received another letter today for further bogus charges. These scam artists don’t know when to stop. Save yourself the punishment. 4/5/23 Update it has been over 2 full months since cancelling and they just sent me a new bill for TV. I have never had TV through them or even inquired about it! Honestly this feels like harassment and the pettiness is shocking from such a large company. Fido and VMedia continue to be amazing. Fido frequently offers cheaper plans or extra data to my plan whereas Bell would raise rates and only let you know in the fine print of their bills. A completely different and refreshing culture from a wireless company!

4 days without cable or internet. Waited on hold for tech support for 30 minutes. Online chat not working. Hope it gets resolved soon...

Worst internet provider ever!

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have moved many times for schools and tried various phone and internet providers and this one is by far the worst. For starters, their phone wait time is literally hours, so if you have a problem and need it resolved in a timely manner, it won't happen. Secondly, when you call to disconnect because you are moving, not only will they call you weekly to ask you to change your mind, but they will also forget" to send you the mailing package. TO SEND BACK THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT. I told them 2 months in advance that I was moving and needed to send back the equipment and when it came time to taking it back

We were turned away from the store when we tried to get our phones on the same plan. Then we had to jump through several hoops on the 1800 numbers that were useless. Then to top it off, when I called the number I was told to call it said they weren’t open. It was 630 when I called and the recording said they were open until 700. Absolutely terrible service, this company is all grift no service go with any other provider.
