I've only been here for a few days but I can tell you that the staff and members here are very friendly and welcoming. They are also very knowledgeable and answered many of my powerlifting questions. I would 10/10 recommend it especially if you are interested into powerlifting.

Great vibes all around! If you are into powerlifting and in Southern Alberta I recommend stopping into this gym. Ready for your 1st Meet or want a new change of scenery, gotta go! Open 24 hours and best equipment in town by far. Do yourself a favour and walk into this gym... You'll thank me later!

Awesome gym run by some awesome guys! Has all of your powerlifting training needs plus some sweet bodybuilding machine additions. I love training here because it’s great to hit a PR in this atmosphere!

Beautiful gym with plenty of racks and quality equipment. Very uplifting and supportive community and would 10/10 recommend for anyone who bodybuilds or is interested in getting into powerlifting. Hooray!

Amazing! Super clean with a black aesthetic. Staff is super knowledgeable, the lifters are easy to get along with and overall vibes are fantastic! The environment alone makes you want to push that little bit harder to get the most out of your workout! Many PRs will be broken in this gym.
