CEFA Early Learning Surrey - Fleetwood

A very unprofessional place for your child. The teachers don’t provide any proper feedback about the kids and look so unconcerned about them.My kid who is now 4 years old has been going to daycares since he was 10 months old. He has always felt excited to go to other daycares. But for cefa he always said that he doesn’t like it there as the teachers are too rude to him .They don’t know how to handle kids.They never check the messages sent by parents to the HiMama app which they supposedly use for the child’s updates. The management is so laid back in responding to emails.There are no Christmas concerts , no other fun activities for the kids like other cefa locations.All in all, a very bitter experience. I expected much better considering the humongous amount of money they charge.

This school has gone downhill.My nephew went here and every week he came with a bruise or infection or illness. No proper cleaning protocol or child safety protocol. My nephew was left outside meanwhile the teacher brought all kids inside. He was locked out for HOURS! They do not clean properly, he fell in bathroom slipped in urine and hit head on toilet and teachers knew this, didn’t clean the urine, and refused to disclose this to the family. Teachers principle and owners take no responsibility in their wrong doings. Do not bring your kids here. Quality has gone down go elsewhere. The teachers Don not care about your kids only money

I usually don't leave a bad review however avoid this place at all costs. I pulled up to enquire about some information and even before I could get out of my vehicle a lady poked her head out the door stating you aren't coming here you can't park there!! I stated yes I am coming there to enquire and get information her response with a mouth full of food was we don't give information with walk in you need to book an appt. I wasn't aware that they are mind readers here. Stay away at all costs not a friendly or polite environment that I would want my children at.

CEFA gives children great learning opportunities. If you want your child to stand out with some structured learning, this is the place .As a working parent, I was very apprehensive about sending my daughter to a good day care when I can have a peace of mind that she is safe and well taken care of . Undoubtedly cefa was the most correct decision and choice where my daughter was not only happy and made great friends, she also grew learning valuable life lessons , logical thinking and reasoning.A must recommend place if you are a working parent.

For CEFA I can say they are really unprofessional and discriminated people and say whatever they like! First they hire me I though signed an contract with them as a full-time educator. I moved from Montreal and it's been almost 5-6 weeks now they realize that I am not good fit in the daycare! Even though they hire new teacher who even not worked before! Principal & the owner both are look nice before but they are really unprofessional and treated people what they like to do. Even they don't give any notice to me just said we don't any shift anymore for you! First Show some curtsy towards your new staff they kick me out! And told me we don't have any more work for you and the so called owner block me! At least be a professional first and talk to me in person!!Moreover, if I have my baby I never put in Fleetwood location, how they treat children and storage of food, no even food paying too much for them!!

We're a new family that moved from another country and could not be any more excited about finding the CEFA Fleetwood. Our son has been going to the CEFA for an year now and he is excited about school everyday. He talks about his friends and teachers daily.Their communication with parents is also excellent. I always appreciated knowing what was happening and their constant care and updates regarding the children.

I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose CEFA in Fleetwood! My son loves going every morning, which is fantastic and the teachers are so attentive and positive :) The in-house Chef providing the meals and snacks is a major convenience for me. I know he is happy, well fed, learning and having all day while Im at work. What more could a parent want!!

The teachers are very nice to my daughter. They wrote costumed daily reports so I feel they really pay attention to my kid and other kids. I am amazed by how happy my daughter was when she attended daycare there. The fee was reasonable with BC child care benefits.

Both of my sons joined CEFA Fleetwood when they were 18 months old and this year one of them is graduating! We have had great experiences working with the administration and the teachers at CEFA Fleetwood and they have always been understanding and accommodating to our changing needs. All the teachers are patient, knowledgeable, and loving. They always send us updates about the kids' day so we know how their day went and what they are leaning at school so we can reinforce their learning at home and sometimes even learn with them. It's great having CEFA teachers in our lives especially when we are going through some of the transitions for the first time.As a working mom, the worst feeling is not knowing how the kids are at school/daycare and to worry about them while at work but with CEFA Fleetwood, I always feel safe dropping my kids off with them and I am confident that my kids are cared for, fed well, and happy because I can see it in my kids' face during drop off and pick up and I can see they are growing physically and intellectually. We have highly recommended CEFA to our friends and seeing their kids thrive at other CEFA locations makes us feel proud (and satisfying).

This is the review for CEFA Fleetwood.Short review : too much money spent on nothing...Long review : Too much care is put in what children are wearing rather than the quality of service. Where other centers allow slight design or color difference, this facility acts too much strict and their comment is : we will send the child home ! How rude is that.When we enrolled our child at 3 years of age, she who has been going to daycare since the age of 5 months was forced to do gradual entry by the principal even though the child was ready and teachers were ready to take her. One day, while they were serving food, principal asked the kid to get up and go to parents as her time was up.. how rude is that !Teachers do not have much expertise, gave many incorrect behavior issues of child.Food also is boasted to be made in home kitchen ...most of the time they would be - Cheerios, fruits loops, crackers and cheese !For the exorbitant money they take, they don't even conduct any concerts or etc like other facilities during Christmas etc.And not to mention the amount of holidays they have...Extremely worthless center and too much of a hassle if both parents are working to manage with the tuition fee, holidays , average food, average teachers, no events for kids, poor adminstration...Not all CEFA are bad, but this one definitely is a miss !
