Ashley who answers the phones needs to change her attitude towards people who she doesn’t even because every time I call from the fishin hole warehouse she gives me a snarky attitude. She needs to grow up and stop hating on someone she has never met before

i'm delivered load my appointment 12 o'clock supervisor not response they are not unload my trailer 4 hours i'm not pickup my next load reason supervisor not good after that long weekend and i'm stuck 4 days. not recommend

Dennis received our FedEx Express vs Ground and refused to call Express to tell them to pick up my time sensitive/medical package because he doesn't like talking to them". So I did his job for him and lined everything up to have FedEx pick up my parcel off his counter. He was nice enough on the phone but Terrible problem solving skills."

Safety isn't that great at this company but they try ..both my sons work here I just wish they were treated better at times supervisors think it's ok to yell at people on shift. They should really so a clean up of the dock area very old and dusty and get new machines
