This is a shoe store near where we live, so I’ve gone there for years. We are always greeted when we walk in, which is a plus, in my opinion.The store is large, bright, and the shoes/boots, etc., are on display at eye-height. Prices are usually clear on each shoe. There is also a discount area. There are men’s, women’s, and children’s footware and socks, etc.Most major brands are represented at this location and the selection is very good. The shoes displayed at eye height usually have the boxes of that style underneath, so it’s fairly easy to see the size, etc.SoftMoc also has a points reward system, which works very well, and points accumulate quickly.I always get some discount, whether it’s by points, or by reduced price.I find most of the staff are very friendly and helpful.I’d definitely recommend this shoe store over others.

Terrible customer service. Been like this for years! I always wondered if maybe time and training would help the staff get better but it has not.You have to beg the staff here to help you and even then you’d be lucky to have anyone give you the time of day. Save yourself the headache and shop online.

Looking for winter boots. I was greeted when I entered the store. There were 2 ladies at the counter both of which did not approach me to ask if I needed help.I finally went up to the counter after walking around for 10 to 15 minutes. The one employee did not even look at me, I HAD TO ASK to see the sizes of boots I wanted.I tried them on again without any assistance from the staff. I did buy them but I had to ask the employee what the exchange was for them.Very disappointed service. Uncomfortable atmosphere.

Was there Dec 29th to do a size exchange on a pair of boots and was helped by an excellent staff member. It was bit complicated because I was missing a packing slip, but she made it work and was super nice about it. Outstanding customer service. The store also felt spacious, clean, and well looked-after, which is no small feat for the holidays.

I went in about two weeks ago to get some shoes, in a kids size because I wanted to save some money, they were very helpful with my search but ultimately they didn't have the design I was looking for nor the size due to manufacturing set backs because of covid. I left a little sad but that's okay! I'm sure I'll strick gold someday with them!Thank you to the staff, I didn't catch any names when I went in unfortunately

I have ordered a couple of pairs of shoes for curbside pick up during lockdown. The process is fast and easy. The online size guide has been accurate and the return policy has made me feel confident. The pick up hours were very limited but now that we are phase 1 they may have expanded.

I had a good experience @ store when I went with my granddaughter. The ladies were very helpful with us to pick.the right candles for my granddaughter

Had a TERRIBLE experience in the morning October 27 trying to exchange a pair of shoes that my gf tossed the box and receipt for and they were the wrong size. The staff were completely unhelpful and unwilling. Went in at my lunch break at around 3:15 and the staff were the exact opposite. Very helpful and diligent in finding a solution to my problem. Walked out with the proper size shoe and much appreciation for the staff working at that time.

Terrible customer service. Walked in, to buy my daughter a pair of runners, that she saw online. When asked for help to size her feet the employee pointed at the sizer and said ‘there it is’. When I finally figured her size of shoe needed, 3 employees standing around, together, chatting. Trying to get any 3’s attention, was impossible. Having 3 different pairs of shoes wanting to try. No help, no service means a walk out on my behalf. Doesn’t even deserve a 1/5 star.
