If there has been a problem, they go above & beyond to resolve it.Especially the service team have always done their best to help out in making sure my cars have had the maintenance and repairs they need and only what they need.MINI Edmonton is part of my MINI family.

Had my mini cooper in for annual service yesterday. Dropped it off an hour earlier than the scheduled appointment time of 8:30am and picked up at 9am. Shawn showed me what services needed to be done now and what could hold off till next year as my mileage is low. I give 5 stars all the way for friendly, fast and helpful service.

We absolutely love our Mini SE! Great little EV to get around the city and so much fun to drive! Our salesman Steve Abela was excellent and helped get us in the perfect model! Very helpful and gave us a great tutorial on all the features before we drove away. Service at Mini Edmonton has been excellent too and Shawn Goodwin, their service advisor is top notch!

I would not recommend buying from this dealership. These higher end cars need to be well serviced and after my last interaction here I can tell you they do not provide this. They did do the oil change that was required and they did not do anything else that day. I was surprised they don't even do a basic cleaning on the vehicle like my Ford dealer does. And as far as the included service, I insisted that the engine air filter and the cabin air filter were in desperate need of replacement. When the car was purchased last February it had been in for a service 2 months prior. This service included the engine air filter and the cabin air filter. But when I checked the engine air filter just after purchase it had more than a large handful of road dust, there were several leaves and other debris inside. This is a nightmare for a modern engine. And the fact that leaves had blown in and remained in there indicates they did not even open the air box at the last service. The cabin air filter has an unbearable stench of cigarette smoke any time the fan is on. So I cleaned the air filters as best I could and expected both of them to be replaced at the next service. But at that service the staff working indicated the computer says they were both changed last time, therefore they would not change it for me. They suggested I buy my own engine and cabin filter (on Amazon). If I am going to buy these parts and install them myself to ensure it gets done properly I can't think of a reason to give this dealership a positive review.

We have owned a used mini for a few years. Today we picked up our new 2019 countryman SE. Couldn't be happy to have this vehicle and the experience working with Stephen Abela was amazing. He is one of the most knowledgeable sales people I have talked to and his team in finance (Tin) was amazing as well. Fast communication and quick turn around. Only a week from lease return to my possession.Thanks to everyone at Mini Edmonton for all the work getting it done!
