Amanda at the 32nd Ave NE location was absolutely instrumental in our positive experience choosing furniture. She is very personable and down to earth. She greeted us warmly and allowed us time to make our way around the store when we said we were just looking and she knew when to come circle back to us. Amanda was great in explaining how things work, and informing us of the deals happening now and what she could make possible. She was very accommodating to ensure we felt comfortable in our furniture choice, payment options, and delivery arrangements. Thank you Amanda for your care, attention to details, and for providing an overall positive experience. We can't wait to get our new livingroom furniture.

The Customer service was excellent. The staff were friendly. The new Manager had the item I wanted for my Truck within days of requesting it, they even included installation if I needed it. The paperwork was quick and easy, I did most of it on my phone. I would not hesitate to suggest going to the NE location of easyhome to help you obtain items you might need.

I'd I could put less then a zero I would. The Manager was the most unhelpful, rude person I have ever dealt with. Any question I ask him he acted superior and gave me the run around. I asked hi. Who he reports to and head offices number and he refused to give it to me. Never buy electronics from this place. My laptop has broken down 4x already. Horrible service from the management team. Good from the girl that works there. She did her best to help.

I had a wonderful experience going through easyhome for getting a loan, my mom suggested as they helped her out once. Krupali reached out to me and helped me along the way to make sure I had everything I needed to be successful and she was amazing to go through for this experience. Very friendly and kind.
