I am really happy with my purchase at Rise. The rooftop pool has great views of the city and my unit was as advertised.

Reserve offers beautiful well appointed buildings with a focus on design. I've worked with their team on their two mid town projects and was impressed with the finishes on offer, the level of thought that went into the amenities package, and the attention to detail in the resident common areas.

This is one great developer. Have been purchasing real estate from them in various projects and each time they are becoming more and more innovative. One of my favorite aspects of previous interactions is that they are very easy to connect with and available to help as needed. Would (and will) buy from them again!

Reserve Properties provides excellent services and delivery exceptional quality in their developments. I've had the opportunity to work on their two most recent projects in Toronto. Their team works tirelessly on both projects to ensure quality and designs meet everyone's expectations. I will definitely work with them and buy from them again.

Worst company. Save yourself some time by contacting someone else!.

I had a poor experience with Reserve Properties. I bought a condo unit from this Toronto builder pre-build and was told by both the broker and Sheldon Fenton that my east window would be over-looking a green roof (see photo.) Five years later when the condo was built and I walked in for the first time I was devastated upon seeing the brick wall/cooling tower located right outside my window. It blocks all views, workers walk by at any time, and the noise! I cannot enjoy an open window due to the noise, and in summer with air-con running it is now very loud even with the window closed. On top of this, my agent has estimated the loss in value due to the blocked view to be between 50-100K.While I was told about changes to the building plans which brought a roof level with my window, (changes that were made after I put my deposit down), the location of the cooling tower was never disclosed to me at any time. Even when I asked why I could not see my window when walking by during construction.Multiple attempts to have Reserve address the problem have either come to nothing or been unsatisfactory. The closest I got was a recent meeting with Shane Fenton, after which he attempted to settle financially. However, their offer was well below the estimated loss in value. And money doesn't fix the issue of lost privacy, security, enjoyment, and quiet. I am writing this Reserve Properties review because I now feel helpless to resolve this issue and hope that my experience might help others considering buying pre-build.My only hope is that Toronto builder reviews such as this will add to the warnings about buying pre-build. While I now know that it can be a gamble to buy pre-build, I never imagined it could be this bad.The view of the green roof and east view of the park and city is what is directly behind the cement wall.

My first time buying a condo was with this developer. I found all my interactions to be informative and helpful. The process has been very easy from start to end.
