Video surveillance on premises. Direct billing made it a breeze to make payment and cancellation was easy. Highly recommended for your storage solutions.

The day I moved into my unit it was full of garbage. I moved the garbage into the hall and called and left a message with their machine to let them know. 2 weeks later it was still there and had grown, and included needles. I spoke with the girl at the front to make a complaint and she said she would speak with the owner and get it cleaned up right away. Today I returned to put a few more items into my unit to find that not only is the pile STILL there, but had yet again grown, and more used needles added to the pile. I spoke directly with the owner this time. Not holding my breath that it will be cleaned. Will NEVER use this place again, or recommend it to anyone. Disgusting!

We were very happy when we first switched here from a different storage company. They recently raised their rates, which I understand, as apparently they hadn't done so in a few years. However, seeing as this has been such a difficult time for many, due to the pandemic, and the fact that they have recently opened a new location, as well as added new larger units at their old location, I am very disappointed that they have cut back on the one incentive they offered to people that prepaid. Also, I have been trying for a week to reach the manager/owner by phone, left 3-4 messages for him to call me, and have had no reply.

We rented one of the large closet size storage units and it was very big and much larger than we expected. I recommend this if you need more room.

I can't think of a more secure or clean location than Fort Henry. The staff is very accommodating and always ready to help anyone that needs it. Dan, the owner is incredibly nice and understanding and is always going the extra mile to help someone out in any way he can. I recommend this location to anyone looking for storage.

I had my stuff stored in their temperature controlled lockers for close to 6 years. No complaints at all. Clean facility, friendly staff, 24 hour access. When I had to move my foldout couch into a moving van and my wife couldn't lift it the brother of the owner came over and helped me out. Just a good operation.

I can honestly say that if I need storage once again, Fort Henry is the place to go. The facility is clean, modern & safe and the staff is amazing. Dan and Del are always going out of their way and are attentive to your needs. I recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great place to keep their things safe until they're ready to move on.

Incapable staff... no 24hr service pot holes that can damage cars. They will take your money tho.

We found the service and staff extremely helpful during our stressful time. Dan and his staff were very accommodating to our needs. The prices at Fort Henry Self Storage are competitive and fair. Got.a.unit.fine paid a deposit.Had to wait for refund of it due to covid which was fine .we.moved.our things out 3 weeks early before next payment was due.the lady said she would call.me the Wednesday to prorated the difference so I call 2 weeks later n because someone took us out of system and didn't prorated it we get nothing I asked her who would of done this and she said she didn't know when everytime I went there at least 7 times she was there I asked where head office was she said henry st .lovely so I guess they pocket my hundred something dollars will never go back there. Something so simple to.do for a customer who always paid their 180 a month
