Hours posted on website are different from actual hours worked. You should correct that because this morning I came at 9 am and it was closed. I also didn't see hours on front door so when I called your store I found out you open at 10 am. Not a pleasant surprise.

I've ordered twice from Kolya (a year apart) and I love opening my package. The little details, like the samples, the inspo quote card and the receipt are so touching. It feels like you guys truly care about the packaging! Both times I've ordered Innersense products because to date, you continue to be the cheapest place that carries them in Canada. I also appreciate how the pumps of the conditioner and shampoo were taped to prevent leaking. :)

Love the knowledgeable team and product selection is fantastic! Highly recommend them. They too have protein sample packets if you are trying to find your perfect fit!

Friendly staff. However, the supplement they encouraged me to purchase did absolutely nothing for my chronic health concern. And yet the sales staff sounded confident that that was the supplement I needed, and even continued suggesting additional products I could purchase if I feel that original suppIement wasn't effective enough. I'm not gonna keep purchasing items blindly based on guesswork! They're rather costly! I feel like I wasted a lot of money on an unnecessary supplement that has no relation to my health problem. I should have realized that the sales staff aren't qualified health practitioners! Disappointed!

This company's online shipping is ridiculous, first they shipped the wrong item placed, then when the replacement arrived, the product's jar lid is not even sealed properly, which leaked out everywhere.Kolya wasted so much effort putting in extra product samples instead of actually taking care of the item which you paid for.

Friendly staff and great products!!! Always looking forward to shop at this amazing store. An extensive variety of health products, diy products, vitamins and supplements, yammi treats plus a good selection of green beautifully crafted skin care products and make up! By far this my only go to store for all of the above products! Highly recommend!
